First-Year MBBS Students Impress at Intercollegiate Biochemistry 3-D Model Competition 2025

First-year MBBS students from ABWA Medical College — Zukhruf, Amna, Kinzal, and Laiba — proudly represented their institution in the Biochemistry 3-D Model Intercollegiate Competition 2025, hosted by UCMD/UOL. Under the expert guidance and mentorship of Prof. Dr. Saira Saad, Head of the Biochemistry Department at ABWA Medical College, the team showcased an innovative and detailed 3-D model illustrating the Blood Coagulation Cascade.

The event brought together 19 teams from colleges across Punjab, creating a vibrant platform for academic creativity, scientific understanding, and collaborative learning. The ABWA team’s model highlighted the complexity of the coagulation pathway through clear visual representation, structural accuracy, and an engaging presentation.
