
Microsoft Excel 2026 – Hands-On Workshop at ABWA Medical College
The Research Department of ABWA Medical College successfully conducted the “Microsoft Excel 2026: Hands-On Training Workshop – Session 1.” The session aimed to enhance digital data management skills among faculty and staff, particularly for academic records, research data handling, and administrative reporting.
The workshop was attended by 35 faculty and staff members, reflecting strong interest in professional development.
Workshop Highlights
The session began with an introduction by Dr. Ismail Zahid, followed by the recitation of the Holy Qur’an.
The training was conducted by Dr. Muhammad Khalid, who delivered a comprehensive and interactive session combining conceptual understanding with hands-on practice. Participants learned to:
- Manage worksheets and organize data effectively
- Apply formulas, sorting, filtering, and conditional formatting
- Create structured tables and drop-down lists
- Generate automated reports and graphical summaries
- Implement file protection and security features
The practical approach ensured active participation and real-time application of Excel tools.
